Ferryside is an end of terrace property situated in a one of a kind location. It has four bedrooms: two doubles, one twin and a bunk bed room. It has a large master bathroom and a shower room. The house has a shared balcony looking out on the views over the estuary.

Balcony and Estuary Views

The Balcony looks out over the Salcombe Estuary, From this position you can see out to the entrance to the Estuary and up towards Kingsbridge. Perfect place for a BBQ or a glass your choosing in the evening.

Living Room

The large open plan living room utilities the views with two large windows looking out over the estuary. The living room has ample seating and incorporates a large dinning room table. There is also a small log burner for those cold winter days.

Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom has a double bed and wash basin. The views look out over the Salcombe side of the estuary.

Double Room

This room has a double bed and two windows looking out at the Salcombe side of the estuary and up towards the entrance to the estuary.

Family Bathroom

A large family bathroom with a deep bath and a separate shower.
